Thanks for choosing to sell with us! This guide will help you set up your account, create great listings, and provide the best experience for your customers.
Create Your Seller Account

Complete your seller profile with accurate information, including:

  • Contact details
  • Collection address (used by our courier partners)

Please ensure your collection address is correct and that someone is available when collections are scheduled.
Verify Your Identity

To keep our marketplace safe, all sellers must upload a valid Emirates ID.
Your ID must be:

  • Clear and legible
  • Valid and in date

Your information is securely encrypted and used only for:

  • Identity verification
  • Fraud prevention
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Marketplace security

Your ID document will remain on the platform for a maximum of 2 weeks while we transfer it to our secure encrypted database. It will then be permanently deleted from the platform.
Add Your Bank Details

To receive payments, provide:

  • Account holder name
  • Bank name
  • Account number
  • IBAN
  • Any additional banking information required

Please ensure your details are accurate, as incorrect information may delay payments.
Create Great Listings

A high-quality listing attracts more buyers and increases your chances of making a sale.

Include:

  • Clear title
  • Accurate description
  • Competitive price
  • Multiple high-quality photos
Photos & Product Descriptions

Photos

If you have an iphone the default settings on the camera will cause your photos to exceed the file size limits. Before starting to take your photos ensure you check Settings > camera > formats and select "Most Compatible" under Camera Capture and "12MP" under Photo Capture.

Upload clear, well-lit images from multiple angles, including:

  • Front and back
  • Labels
  • Accessories
  • Packaging (if applicable)
  • Any flaws or damage

You may use editing apps such as Adobe Express to improve lighting or remove backgrounds, but images must accurately represent the item's condition.

Image limits :

  • Images: Under 15MB
  • Videos: Under 20MB

Descriptions

Include:

  • Brand
  • Product name
  • Size
  • Colour
  • Condition
  • Features
  • Accessories included
  • Any defects or wear

Honest listings build buyer confidence and help reduce returns.
Collections

Assign your item to the most relevant Collections:

  • You can add up to 10 of these. Try to add several relevant collections to your item to improve visibility on the platform.
  • Look out for the seasonal collections e.g. Summer Edit, Festive etc.

Correct categorisation improves search visibility and helps customers find your products.
Shipping

To comply with our courier's requirements:

  • Maximum length on any side: 90cm
  • Total dimensions (L + W + D): Less than 200cm

Example:
80cm + 60cm + 40cm = 180cm ✓ Accepted

Items over 5kg incur an additional charge of AED 5 per extra kilogram.

If both buyer and seller agree, buyers may also arrange collection or their own delivery, particularly for oversized items.

  • Package items securely
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Follow Wardrobe X marketplace policies
